Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Zenrch Enterprise (“Zenrch”, “we”) operates zenrch.net and its client area. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@zenrch.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Reservations and enquiries: your name, email address, preferred contact method, Discord username, business name (optional), the plan you chose and any message you send.
• Your account: name, email address, a securely hashed password (we never see or store your actual password), your plan, and your chosen method.
• Billing records: the amounts and periods you paid for, the payment method type (for example crypto or bank transfer) and any reference you give us, such as a transaction ID. We never collect or store card details. Note that cryptocurrency transactions are recorded publicly on their blockchain by design.
• Communications: messages you send us on Discord or by email, and our replies.

Information collected automatically

• Security and usage records: sign-in times, the files you download (with the time and IP address), and IP addresses kept briefly to limit repeated sign-in and form attempts.
• Approximate location and connection type: our hosting provider tells us which country your connection comes from, based on your IP address, and your browser tells us your device’s time zone. We may also check whether your IP address belongs to a VPN, proxy or data centre. We use this only to apply regional availability and prevent circumvention. If a visit is blocked, we log the IP address, country, time zone, page and browser type so we can review and approve access requests.
• Session data: a session identifier stored in a cookie so you stay signed in. See our Cookie Policy.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to operate and secure the website.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools.

3. How we use it

• to respond to your reservation or enquiry and arrange payment;
• to create and run your account, provide the methods and updates in your plan, and give support;
• to keep billing records, remind you about renewals, and pause memberships that are not renewed;
• to protect our confidential materials, detect misuse and account sharing, and secure the Service;
• to send you service messages such as update announcements (not marketing); and
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal bases

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing your membership); legitimate interests (securing the Service, protecting our materials, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving our operations); and legal obligations (keeping financial records). Where we ask for consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and security terms:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a reorganisation or sale of our business.

6. International transfers

Our clients and service providers are located in several countries, so your data may be processed outside your own country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.

7. How long we keep it

• Reservations and enquiries that do not become a membership: up to 12 months.
• Account and usage records: while your membership is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, to handle questions, renewals and disputes.
• Billing records: as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
• Sign-in sessions: up to 7 days of inactivity.
• Blocked-visit logs: 30 days. VPN check results for an IP address: 24 hours.

After these periods we delete or anonymise the data.

8. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, private file storage with short-lived access links, access controls, and protection against automated sign-in attempts. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you suspect your account has been compromised.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@zenrch.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by law. Deleting your data ends your membership, and some records (such as billing) may need to be kept by law.

We use only a small number of essential cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will let members know through the client area, Discord or email. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
